How and where from this massive data is generating?-Big Data

One report says that 4.1 Zetabytes of data is used per day by Americans. In almost all the social sites, we have seen that there are options as Like, Share, Photo Upload, Search and many other things. According to report about social media,
1.There are 4.3 billions Likes are there in one day.
2.4.7 millions Photos uploaded daily.
3. You Tube upload 52 hours of video every minute of the day.
4. .Forget about queries (even you can imagine)

If you think about business transaction through any online sources like as online shopping, e-trade, social media, advertisements etc., you will get about 293 billion data used per day.
Now you imagine if this massive data is stored in your traditional database then what would happen. Will you able to manage properly and efficiently?. This is not a one day example. It is growing day by day. This is beyond the capacity of our traditional database. Now structured data becomes unstructured.

Now questions arise how these unstructured data can be managed because today everything needs to be sort out in short span of time (within seconds). How it is possible and what will we do?

What is BIg Data?

Is it some technical term to define data or some processing application or some new things in the internet world?
In common, we can say that it is massive store of data. It might be petabytes or exabytes of data.
It is a combination of structured and unstructured data and too large to manipulate and manage. Traditionally structured data can be managed with the help of data processing application RDBMS but what about of unstructured data.
One report says that 92% of total data present till date is created in last 2-3 yrs.
Now questions arise
         1. Where from this mass of data is coming and generating?
       2.  Is static data or dynamic data?
         3. How and why did the term Big Data come into the picture and who applied this term?
Today we have social sites/media, online shopping/trade, Customer contact center, Mobile media etc. From these sources data are generating at a speed of light (if we have to say). These data are not small data and not even erasable and its size is beyond the capacity of software tool to capture, manipulate, store and manage because our traditional processing tool has limitations.
